Wrongful death suit filed over Stuart wreck
“The family of 16-year old Connor Graver has filed a wrongful death law suit in connection with the deadly wreck that killed Graver and two other teens last month.
The suit claims Sheltra and Son Construction Co. was negligent in maintaining its construction site on Cove Rd…..
It alleges the construction company did not provide “proper lighting” at the location, that it “failed to provide proper traffic control” including flagmen or spotters, and that the driver of the front end loader was negligent when he moved his equipment into the roadway and the path of traffic……..”
